History
Elizabeth M. Burrell, Esq. established Riverbend Title, LLC, in 2016 after recognizing the need and lack of choices for a full-service title services provider in Anderson County, Tennessee, and the surrounding counties. Graduating from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville College of Law, Elizabeth took a special interest in real estate transactions and focused her law practice on facilitating transfers of property and other real property issues.
Undoubtedly, legal knowledge is the backbone of Riverbend Title. Tennessee is one of the few states that allows title practitioners without any legal background. However, it is our belief ALL clients should be afforded legal expertise when participating in a real estate transaction. With the legal experience of the attorneys at Riverbend Title, any issues discovered during the title examination can quickly be resolved by our in-house attorneys prior to closing, without seeking outside counsel.
We seek to provide our clients a superior experience of a real estate transaction using our combination of legal knowledge, extraordinary service, and convenience. To serve our clients, we offer an experienced team of responsive attorneys whose goal is to provide reassurance and immediacy to your real estate transaction. From start to finish, your transaction is handled by one person eliminating the frustration of being transferred from person to the next to determine the status of your file.
For the convenience of our clients, we have an office in Anderson County (Clinton) and in Campbell County (LaFollette), and will close at any location most convenient to our client, including off-site. Additionally, we offer flexible closing times and accommodate after-hours closings as well.
Our goal is simple: provide the best closing experience for everyone involved: the buyer, seller, Realtor, and loan officer.
